BEFORE you apply, we do want to share a few things with you:

• You don’t need any experience (although it is a huge plus). We just ask for confidence, commitment, responsiveness and a willingness to learn!

• Some travel (often at short notice) is common in this industry. Being in close proximity to a major city - Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, LA, New York etc. - is a plus, but not a requirement.

• We represent talent across North America, but most of the work we see is based in Canada.

• An investment in professional headshots is a basic industry standard that we adhere to; you can learn more HERE.

• Self-taping is a very common (and often expected) requirement in this industry; please review a few self-taping basics HERE to ensure this is something you are open to.

• Kello is a SOLE agent, which means that you cannot be signed with other agencies upon application.

• We review & respond to new applicants every 2 months; please expect a reply within 30-60 days after submission.
